  • Why should I get my caravan checked before my holiday?


    A pre-trip service is the best way to ensure your caravan or RV will perform properly while on holiday. Sometimes parts, lines and other components can deteriorate when left in storage for a long time. An experienced caravan service provider knows what to check for.


  • How often should I have my caravan serviced?


    For caravans that are in storage for most of the year, an annual service is acceptable. For those who enjoy more frequent holidays, a pre-trip inspection and bi-annual servicing is recommended. Standard servicing intervals are 12months or 10,000kms.


  • How far in advance should I have my caravan checked before a holiday?


    Usually it’s a good idea to bring your caravan or RV in for a pre-trip service at least a week ahead of your scheduled holiday. This gives the repair shop plenty of time to order parts if they’re not in stock should any repairs be needed.


  • How do I know how my vehicle’s towing capability?


    Your vehicle’s owner’s manual will have the information printed. It can also be found on a sticker on the vehicle, usually inside the door frame on the driver’s side.


  • Why does my caravan sway when towing?


    Often this is caused by insufficient hitch weight. It’s recommended for your trailer to carry ten percent of its weight on the hitch. Check with your local authority for regulations specific to your area and vehicles.


  • My caravan has hail damage, can you repair it?


    Yes, we can do major repair works to caravans including hail damage. You do not need to take your caravan back to the manufacturer to have hail damage repaired.


  • Do you do caravan warranty and insurance repairs?


    Yes we offer insurance repairs for caravans, Camper trailers and RV’s. We usually ask that caravan warranty repairs are paid for by the owner and the owner is then reimbursed by the manufacturer of the caravan.


  • Can you special order caravan spare parts?


    Yes, we understand every caravan is different depending on the make, model and year of manufacture. This is why we special order in spare parts on request, to ensure you have the right part for you caravan.
